Prasanna Sarambale, CEO of Sterling and Wilson Data Center Pvt. Ltd. (SWDC), is a seasoned leader in the international data center industry. With over 28 years of experience, Prasanna has played a key role in shaping SWDC into a trusted provider of end-to-end data center EPC solutions. His strategic leadership has enabled the company to deliver value to hyperscalers, colocation providers, BFSI institutions, and government organizations.
Prasanna’s career includes leadership roles at globally recognized organizations such as Tata Liebert, IBM, Emerson Network Power and Schnieder Electric. Since joining the Sterling and Wilson Group in 2008, he has been instrumental in establishing and scaling the Data Center division. Over time, he guided its transition into an independent and globally respected entity, supported by strategic investments and robust partnerships.
As the former Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Western Region Data Center Forum, Prasanna championed initiatives to elevate industry standards for infrastructure, energy efficiency, and digital transformation.
